ROBERT H. HAMRICK
Chairman, CEO

Integrity Charisma. Leadership. These are the three words most often used by the people who know Bob Hamrick. As Chairman and CEO of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR), Bob breathes life in to these words everyday. Often quoted in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and other quality publications, he has become a spokesperson for the ever-changing real estate market in Las Vegas and the leader of one of the top producing real estate offices in the U.S.

Bob quickly started earning his stripes in Southern Nevada real estate when his mother moved the family to Las Vegas when Bob was 17. Instilling in her children a positive attitude and charisma, Bob's mother helped lay the foundation for his success. Before his 21st birthday Bob helped grow a 50-person office to 100 sales associates while maintaining multi-million dollar personal sales. He repeated these leadership accomplishments at yet another office in 1988, before being hired at CBPR in February of 1995 as Managing Broker. Shortly thereafter this office became recognized as the "most improved office" for the entire Western Region (over 500 offices).

Bob truly is a leader in all senses of the word. He believes success is a dish best shared. And it is this kind of character that enables Bob to lead by example and create an environment in which his associates not only cultivate their own talents, but constantly out-produce offices twice their size. Under Bob's watch, the company's three Southern Nevada offices have carved out regular spots on Coldwell Banker's top 100 producing offices list, which encompasses 2,682 offices nationwide.

This character also makes Bob Hamrick no stranger to the spotlight. He has garnered many awards in the real estate arena and has earned a stellar reputation along the way. After what MGM MIRAGE called an exhaustive nationwide search, Bob was chosen as CityCenter Realty Corporation's Broker and Senior Vice President. Bob is now leading the residential sales of one of the largest developments in the world.

Bob is also the Chairman for the Coldwell Banker (CB) Large Office Group, a committee of over 20 of the top CB brokers nationwide. In the past, he has served as a director for the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors. In 2002, In Business Las Vegas named Bob one of the most "Influential Businessmen in Southern Nevada," and ranked him in their "Top 40 Under 40" special report.

Bob and his wife Molly acquired CBPR in 1998. Their understanding of real estate, coupled with their foresight and implementation of new technology, has been the driving force behind increasing the gross commission income of CBPR/Las Vegas from $7.9 million in 1997 to more than $30 million in 2006.

Always giving back to the community, Bob and his wife operate philanthropic endeavors through their Hamrick Family Foundation. They have contributed generously to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Women's Development Center, the UNLV Community Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. CBPR has supported the Salvation Army, Safe Nest, Habitat for Humanity and United Blood Services. They are also currently undertaking projects and fundraising with the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation.

Bob, his wife Molly and their three daughters - Katelyn Quinn, and twins Kara Quinn and Kelsey Quinn, live in the Summerlin community of Las Vegas.
